Ambassador of Thailand met with the head of global operation of Slush,

              On 20 June 2017 His Excellency Mr. Nopporn Adchariyavanich, Ambassador of Thailand to Finland met with Ms.Olga Balakina,Head of Global Operations,Slush at the Royal Thai Embassy, to discuss about possibility to cooperate between Slush and Thai startups. Ms.Balakina was of the view that it would be a good opportunity for both sides to cooperate in order to promote the startups.  

               Slush is a non-profit movement operated by 25 undergraduate and postgraduate students. The main object of Slush is to help Nordic startups to network with relevant actors and expand their business, as well as to make Nordic startups more visible at the global level. Each year, a Slush event is organized in Helsinki during winter, where startups and entrepreneurs including financial institutions and media get together to network and discuss collaboration. Slush was founded in 2008 and has been organized in Tokyo since 2015 and in Shanghai and Singapore since last year.
