On 9 September 2021, the Ambassador of Thailand to Finland met with Mr. Ville Tavio, Member of the Finnish Parliament. and is the chairman of the Finns Party Parliament Group, a member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, a members of the Finnish Environment Committee, both of whom discussed the relationship between Thailand and Finland. as well as wide-ranging bilateral issues related to both countries.
