Due to the strikes of PAU which causing the delay of the work of the post office, any visa applicant who wishes to pick up their passports duly completed with their visa at the Embassy can send the email to the embassy at [email protected] regarding that matters. Please also notify the name and ID number of the person who will pick up the passport for verification.

The Embassy will not respond to your quarry by phone.
